1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed once full payment is received.
- Payment must be made through our approved methods, which include online transactions and direct bank transfers.
- Prices listed on our website or promotional materials are inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
- Failure to show up for the tour without prior cancellation (no-show) will also result in no refund.
3. Changes and Modifications
- Royal Adventure Goa reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety issues, or insufficient participants.
- In the case of a cancellation by us, we will offer an alternative date, activity, or a full refund.
4. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including contact details and any relevant health information.
- You are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our team and guides during the activities.
- For adventure activities like water sports, participants should ensure they are physically fit and do not suffer from any condition that may put their health at risk.
5. Liability
- Royal Adventure Goa shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during tours or activities unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by our staff.
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings and valuables. We recommend taking necessary precautions during tours and activities.
6. Weather Conditions
- Tours and activities may be subject to change or cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide alternatives or a refund.
7. Photography and Media
- By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the activities for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or other marketing platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the tour.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
